Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and Mindstagram LLC (“Glosom,” “we,” “us”), the operator of the Glosom app and website (the “Service”). By creating an account, scanning your skin, or subscribing, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Glosom is not a medical service. It provides cosmetic and general skincare guidance only. It does not diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease or condition, and it is not a substitute for professional medical advice. Always consult a qualified healthcare provider for any medical concern, or if a skin issue is painful, spreading, bleeding, or won’t heal.

1. Who can use Glosom

You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service or to make a purchase. By using Glosom you confirm that you meet this requirement and that the information you provide is accurate. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

2. What the Service does

Glosom lets you upload photos of your skin, answer a short profile questionnaire, and receive an AI-generated cosmetic routine, ingredient guidance, “what to skip” suggestions, an AI coach, and progress tracking. The guidance is generated by automated systems and may be incomplete or inaccurate. You use it at your own discretion and risk, and you should patch-test products and stop using anything that irritates your skin.

3. Subscriptions, billing, and auto-renewal

The skin scan is free. Full features require a paid membership, offered as a monthly plan ($7.99/month) or an annual plan ($49.99/year), in U.S. dollars. Prices may change; we will give notice before any change affects you.

Auto-renewal: Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) at the then-current price, and your payment method is charged, until you cancel.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your account or by contacting us. Cancellation stops future renewals; it takes effect at the end of the current paid period, and you keep access until then.
Refunds: Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable and we do not provide refunds or credits for partial periods.
Payments: Billing is processed by Stripe. We do not store your full card details. Your use of payment features is also subject to Stripe’s terms.

4. Your content

You retain ownership of the photos and information you submit (“Your Content”). You grant us a limited license to process Your Content solely to operate and improve the Service for you — including sending photos to our AI providers to generate your results — as described in our Privacy Policy. Only upload photos of yourself and only content you have the right to share.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms;
upload content that is not your own skin, or that is unlawful, harmful, or infringing;
reverse-engineer, scrape, resell, or abuse the Service or its AI outputs;
attempt to disrupt or gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users’ data.

6. Intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, content, and trademarks, is owned by Mindstagram LLC and its licensors. These Terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service; no other rights are granted.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the guidance will be accurate, error-free, or that it will achieve any particular result for your skin.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Mindstagram LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service or reliance on its guidance. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.

9. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms or to protect the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g., ownership, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will update the date above and, where appropriate, notify you. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect means you accept the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules, except where mandatory consumer-protection laws of your place of residence apply.
